Dr. Carsten Witthohn is a highly experienced professional with a deep expertise in operations management, financial restructuring, and production management. With a strong background in leading complex projects, he has held key roles such as Senior Practice Manager in Operations at AURELIUS GROUP and Manager in Financial Advisory, operational Restructuring at Deloitte Deutschland. His experience spans across various aspects of business operations, including identifying improvement opportunities, managing strategic change, and enhancing transparency in operational processes. Dr. Witthohn began his career as a PhD Candidate at RWTH Aachen University, where he focused on global production management in consulting and research projects. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Dr. Witthohn's comprehensive experience in consulting, research, and leadership positions makes him a versatile and knowledgeable expert in optimizing business performance and guiding companies through transformative phases. In 2023 he founded Astra Consulting GmbH beside taking over and transforming his family business as managing director. His background and passion for fixing businesses leads to a mind set of treating every business as he would own it himself.
